How to Join AOHC There are two types of membership with the Association of Ontario Health Centres - Full and associate members. The Association of Ontario Health Centres accepts associate membership applications from non-profit organizations that demonstrates commitment to the the organization`s mission, vision, values and beliefs and. Full membership applications must come from non-profit primary care organizations that share the organization`s beliefs and principles.
